The contract to support Turkey’s second largest fixed network was covering the areas such as project management, planning, counseling, implementation, integration, multi-vendor integration, care, network optimization, network management, infrastructure support for all Telecommunication, IT and Security activities. Contract based on 7/24 support for the above services for 1250 nodes and over 8000 multivendor equipment including management systems.
Today our quality of support is appreciated still by our customers with new contracts.
