A turnkey project provides a deliverable to the customer that is fully tested and ready to use upon delivery. This can be a tremendous advantage to the customer, since it eliminates the need for the customer to manage the project. Full responsibility for the project rests upon the contractor, the number of interfaces is reduced to the one point of contact instead of a multitude of subcontractors. This gives the customer much greater visibility into the project process.
We, as a Turnkey service provider undertake the following responsibilities till to final delivery to our customers.
1. Project Planning and Management,
2. Site Planning,
The Site Planning includes site surveys and detailed construction and installation planning of equipment and the place which equipment planned to be installed (sheds, room, building etc.) including detailed drawings. We prepare site folders for our customer’s client consists of the Site Specific Documents.
3. Infrastructure development,
We provide all the requirements of implementation; power, cabling (cable feed troughs, cable entry glands, cable racks etc.), mounting supports, lighting etc.
4. Civil Construction,
Groundwork preparation for main cabling, construction of building, sheds, towers etc.
5. User Acceptance Tests,
We perform all Acceptance Tests contracted to the operators
6. Vendor Management,
We manage suppliers which are our direct scope by the contract providing air conditioners, power plants, batteries, towers, civil and electrical works etc.
7. Network element installation and commissioning,
Pre-installation of frame, installation of frame, cabling, installation of network element to frame, startup tests, commissioning.
Integration of network elements according to Telecom standards, software control and tests, integrating network elements to other networks (if required), uploading data to network elements etc.
9. Performance check,
Performance checks to measure the quality of network during implementation steps, applying corrective or improvement actions if required, reporting bugs and follow up solutions from the network element vendor company.
10. Risk Management,
Monitoring the project activities for possible risks and identify them before actualization. Report customer the risks and advise how to inhibit them.
11. Logistics & Warehouse,
Beside our turnkey responsibilities, We monitor related logistics management of the equipment, which includes interfacing with the customers’ and suppliers’ logistics
12. Operations & Maintenance & Warranty Support
We also undertake Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Warranty support as a part of scope and services as stipulated in the contracts.
